Hi, my tracking number is CH106595075US. My package has been held by the custom since 09/07/20. And I had forgotten to put the recipient's phone number on the box, is there a phone number that he can call or will he be notify regarding the package? pls help, thanks!

If you don't put the recipient's phone number on the box, the customs couldn't contact the receipient. He need to contact Guangzhou customs by calling 12360 to check it now.
