The recipients are elderly people and they cannot travel or play with the cell phone. When you deliver the package, they will pay you. They cannot send text messages. If you need to contact them, give them a phone CALL.

Can you please check: CH137449245US? USPS provided the recipient's phone number. Can Chengdu Customs call the recipient, or send a letter? The package has been stuck at Chengdu Customs for MORE THAN 2 MONTHS.

I have 2 packages sent to the same company in China. They are both being held in customs for almost 3 months now with no information of why. Can I call the post office there and find out why? I have paid so over $150 for shipping costs and the nerchandide is worth around $400. I have nothing... please advise. Thank you!!
