I have a question about a package we have send from the Netherlands with track and trace code: CL185592975NL . We see that our package has been at customs for almost two months and we would like to know if something went wrong with the import or if we can help to facilitate the customs import inspection? See below the information about the package:

It's stuck at Hangzhou customs now. To my experience, it should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

My tracking number is EV015213585CN. I never received the package within the expected timeframe. I had forgotten about it after awhile. I also never received any notices from customs. USPS can't do an inquiry. I fear I waited too long. Is there a way to do an inquiry or trace where the package is? Last posting was that the plane had landed.

This is my second inquiry to you about this package. I mailed a package to China from the USA on April 16, 2020 and I have still not been notified that it was received. On May 9, 2020, it is documented as having departed Shanghai China en route to it's destination. On July 20, I sent in my first inquiry about where tis package might be, and you told me to wait a couple more weeks. Six weeks have since passed, and I still have not heard that my package has been received in Guangzhou Guangdong China. The tracking number is UH023923652US. Can you please help me find this package? It is a return of merchandise and I have been expecting a refund since April for this merchandise. Thank you so much. Linda Andrews

My tracking number is AS183943215CN when looked up says package from China post is now in USA but doesn't say what city only says a shipping center.it has been there for over a month. Will it be transferred to usps so I can track through there system? Sender has no information. Can you tell where in America the package is so I can call there office and see if there is a customs issue possibly?Daisy did not answer my question properly the last time I sent this inquiry. Asking the seller to provide information Is only for them to consult the tracking number is all the seller can do.the tracking number says it has arrived in USA. All I am asking from this inquiry is if you can tell me what United states city the package arrived in if you can tell this from information in your system. Did the package go to Los Angeles after it arrived from China? Or Seattle or new York etc. If you can find this I can call there postmaster and have it further tracking through USPS.
