You'd better try to contact USPS to check it. If it couldn't checked, contact the seller as soon as possible to give you a solution.

I bought a pool vac from same email address and got same response about item stuck in transit. Now they wont respond to emails so basically we got scammed

Where is my package ? It's been a month now. I will never order again from this site. I'm not so sure it's not fake n they just toke my money.

I've been trying to locate my package for a while. Obviously it's another Scam. I've contacted the seller many time asking for a USPS Tracking Number (this is the only type of number they can track with. The "UT" I have to track my package only works until it hits the USA.
My response from the seller is the same every time no matter what I ask for...... I can ask for a cup of Coffee and I'll still get this
"If you haven’t received your parcel, could you please contact with your local post office ASAP and receive your parcel successfully? Your good understanding is highly appreciated! Waiting for your reply." Im starting the process to get my money back.

I have just started reading the posts on this site and discovered that I am not the only person that royally scammed! My shipment is supposedly in transit and has been since October 9th. I have contacted everyone I can possibly contact. Trying to track it through the site they said to use....everything is in Chinese and nothing gives me any resolution. Just always the same answer please track through this number. My tracking number they gave me, also starts with a UT....I'm stuck, and angry!

It's sad to see what all of this has come to. I too got taken. I've reported "[email protected]" as a SCAM SITE. My shipping info is no longer posted....They pulled it down. I never could get a straight answer on my shipment. Im in the process of getting my money back through my bank.
