I need to know the specific location on where the package is in Xi'An and why is my package being held? I was hoping to reach out to the receiver to pick up the package in person.

Hello and good day. Thank you for taking time to look into the location of my package 4204681692748927005303010171940103. It's been several weeks in transit. Has it left China? Is it held up 8n customs here in the United States or in China? This is a express package I am not sure if that helps. All I have heard is it's coming but after checking I am not sure if it is being held up after weeks of waiting. Any help would be helpful thank you. Mainly would like the physical locations as of today the 23 of February.

Hello there,
I returned a package on June 14th and I have yet to get the notification that it’s been delivered. When I check my tracking number the status of my package says, “Held in Customs” the location where it’s being held at is Beijing EMS, China. I’m just scared because it’s been there for over a week now. Any help is appreciated, I’m just really worried.
