Tracking number: RV476340257CN
According to online tracking, the package should have arrived in Toronto on Aug 21, 2020, using China Post. However, it is now Sept 7, 2020, and I still have yet to receive it. I tried using Canada Post online tracking and have asked the local PO, but neither the tracking number or the recipient's name is in their system. I also don't know how to contact China Post.

I would like to know what happened to my package after arrived in Toronto.

Hi Tana,

It should be stuck at the customs of Toronto now. I suggest you wait for another 10 days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.
