tracking shows, that delivery failed 07.01.2025. I didn´t get any information about a failed delivery. Where is my package now? Wich german carrier did you use? (DHL DPD...)

My parcel, according to your delivery tracking was delivered to my home address on 20.7.2025 11:08. However there has been no delivery to our address of the parcel. Can you please show proof of delivery. Or can you advise how we go about trying to trace the parcel.
