Hi. When consulting the following tracking number : LX187723886CN. It mentioned that the package has been delivered to my address. However, no package has been delivered to me. After consulting Post Canada, they recommended that I contact your services to confirm the delivery address for my package. post Canada service ticket is the following : 137344842.
Can you please check on your side and confirm the delivery address that the package has been sent,

Hi Abdul,

Sorry, we couldn't check the address. You need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact Canada Post to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible. The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get it.

It was delivered to the mailbox of your address on Jan.29. If you don't receive it, you need to contact La Poste or the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible

It said my package was in my town then all of a sudden said it was delivered so i went to go check but didn’t find anything. Once i tracked it the address was changed to someone in California when i’m in Indiana!???? my tracking number is AG555497756CN. I’m very annoyed as the package was very expensive and this is very annoying. I don’t know how the address would’ve changed and got delivered to someone who isn’t me. What can you do for me i would like a refund
