My tracking number was LY863760870CN. It said package was delivered but when I go look it was delivered to an address in Mississippi. That is not the address I posted nor do I know anyone there that would ship it out to me. What can you do to fix this?

I think it might have to do with my address being incorrect. The house number might not have been on the recipient. How do I contact china post on this matter? Is it only by +861011185 or is there also an email contact available? My local postal service is not able to help me out, unfortunately.

I did not know a purchase would use my paypal address as the shipping address. This is the incorrect address. The shipment failed delivery because of this.
