EB748158024CN EB748884295CN, these packages were sent in July and do not arrive. What happened? Why do they take too long to arrive?

Hi Cinthya riofrio,

They are stuck in the middle location. It's not normal for them. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Hello,
I ordered from an amazon seller, on 2020-02-19.
Since 2020-02-23, in package is listed as "in transit" (UJ100911923CN). The country to which I am shipping is Romania, and it is not listed with the countries that reduced or closed flights due to coronavirus.
I would like to know if my package is lost ? And is there any chance I might still receive it ?

my package tracking number LO805427044CN has been listed as arrived at sorting center since the 21st febuary, and another package, LO858589551CN, is listed as departed the sorting center since the 8th of march. The sellers are being uncooperative. where can i go to get more information?
