Package not moving, description changing

LY540646771CN This package was listed at "Flight Departure" on December 5, now today December 9, it simply says "Airline JieShou". The order was placed November 9. Is it typical to take 30 days to depart China?
Has the package even departed China yet?
Also, would it be possible to obtain a copy of the customs forms?

It's still in China now. You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in the US. Sorry, you couldn't get a copy of the customs. forms
