Package has been stuck on arriving at airport waiting to fly out for over a week with no update. Package has been in transit for 13 days already. I've ordered from dhgate before and didn't experience issues like this.

It should be delayed. You'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.
