package returned to center

My tracking number is LA000566665HK. I have not received my package and it was returned to the package center two days ago with no new updates. How can I collect my package? I can go get it from the facility if necessary.

Hi brittanyamling,

You need to contact number 021-62816982 to check where it is now and how to get it. They could only speak Chinese. You'd better let a Chinese friend to call if you couldn't speak Chinese.

My package update states this:
Jul 23, 2019:
[International Mail Processing Center] returned, remarks: security check returned.
Can you tell me if that means it has been returned to seller or if I will still receive my package? What should I do?
