Package says out for delivery for 1 month

ZA02954892401 this is my tracking number. Package states it's out for delivery for over 3 weeks now. But has not gotten here. Trying to figure my next steps to getting it.

Hi there. I’ve been tracking my packing for over a month and it has finally got to the uk and is now showing as out for delivery from Norwich but I’m in Liverpool!

Is there a way to confirm the delivery address or just the postcode? I have contacted the sender too?
