Package at destination delivery office for almost 2 months

Hi, my registered mail package RG013901312CN status shows it's at the delivery centre but it hasn't been delivered for almost one month. How do I get an update?

Hi betty kang,

After it arrives in Philippines, it's delivered by Philippine Post. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and check it with them about what happens to it.
