Package sent from Portugal to the USA ended up in China

Someone in Portugal shipped me a package (to the USA where I live in California) on February 3rd. Unfortunately, the shipper accidentally missed one number on my zip code (the address was correct though) and the package traveled around California for several weeks then ended up in China. I am trying to figure out where it is and when it will make it to me in the USA or at least get returned to sender so they can reship it. I don't understand the tracking or what sorting center it is currently at. The tracking # is LA127474356PT

It's from China to Portugal now. You need to wait for more days to get it.
