Package status delivered but not received - Destination: China to unknown

Dear Recipient,
i would like to ask a question regarding my latest orders:
AS811422059CN
AS811422059CN
In the tracking of aftership it says the shipment is done by China EMS.
Both orders are stated to be delivered, however we didn´t receive the products yet.
When i look at the destination it says "China to unknown".

How can I get any more information to where my packages are? Is there something i can do?
I wasn´t able to contact China EMS directly.
