Package stuck

Hi, parcelsapp says that my package has been stucked in Ghangzhou sorting centre since September 26th, almost two entire months by now. The warehouse that was supposed to receive my package told me that they don't know how to contact the post office. Could you check it out please?

Hi Alessandro,

The seller needs to call China Post service number 11185 in China to check what happends to it.

Is there any way I can I contact them by email or chat instead? I'm not from Asia so it might be tough and expensive to communicate via call
