Package stuck again?

Hi, I wrote to you before as my package LX068562450CN was stuck in Fuzhou processing centre for over three weeks. It has since moved but it now seems to be stuck at air transport and has been for a week. Is the normal or should I contact the company again? Thanks

Hola, mi paquete tiene el número de rastreo LZ034613943CN, observo que el día 20 de mayo fue retornado a la "Oficina de Intercambio de Shenzhen" con una nota que dice "retorno de seguridad". Entiendo los protocolos de seguridad, deseo saber si podre recibir mi paquete, ya que contiene mascarillas N95, las cuales son de suma importancia en mi país ya que aquí no hay a la venta. Gracias por su apoyo

My package has been on China customs for over two weeks now. Why won’t they just deliver the item? The recipient is there and in China. Tracking number: CH104723554US

It was delivered to air transport on April 19 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
