My package EB803351175CN has been stuck at "flight departure" (航空公司启运) since December 11, and has not been updated since. Is there an issue with my package?

My parcel has been sat for 9 days in my city but has not been delivered? There is no further tracking apart from "arranging delivery" for the past 9 days? I don't know what courier china post use and in the UK so I don't know who to contact
It should be delayed on the road. I suggest you wait for more days to see. If it's stuck for over 20 days, you'd better contact the seller to open a case to check it for you.
