Please advise, my package LN228436961CN has been stuck at Guangzhou International Center Stone m since March 27, and no tracking has updated. How long will it take to get to me from here and what does this mean?

My package LO931135798CN is waiting in Guangzhou International Cente since March 23rd. The seller says I should be patient but I have not received an update in several weeks.
It's not normal. It didn't pass the security check and will be returned back to the seller or be checked again. But it's stuck in Guangzhou for many days. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
