Package Stuck for 3 Months?

My package has said it is being processed in the Hangzhou facility for 3 months now with no update or change. The tracking number is EB711969470CN. What should I do?

Hi Caleb,

It seems that it's lost in Hangzhou and never leave China. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you).

I have a package coming to the US from Singapore. My package hasnt moved since 05/04/2020. I was wondering why. And if i can change my package to a faster delivery service. The tracking number is LF047433565SG. The last update said handed to HK / Hand over to airline
