Package stuck for almost a month

Hello...my package arrived in California on the 12th of July...and it has yet to move from there. I have been eating nearly 70 days for it to arrive. Please fix this. Here is the tracking code. AS404366436CN

Hi Willsoda,

To my experience, it couldn't be delivered due to the address problem. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution ASAP if you couldn't receive it in time.
