My package has been in California since 12-12 with no movement since it arrived in the United States. When will I receive this package? It’s a Christmas Gift. Tracking number is AG304581128CN

Hi Emily,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, you need to use the number to check with USPS. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I got a notification that they made a delivery attempt and left a card on the door at an address in SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA! I am in MICHIGAN and checked and the address is correct on the website so if there was an issue it is on chins posts sorting and delivery system.
