I'm contacting you because I'd like to know why my package is being held in customs.

I understand it's due to an incomplete invoice, however, I haven't received any further information, and the package contains a return of counterfeit clothing.
I'm waiting for updates on the status to receive a refund. Could you please provide me with more information?

If it's stuck at the customs, you need to contact the seller to cooperate. The seller need to submit the invoice to the customs to let it released.
