My package has been stuck in status "Departure from outward office of exchange HK IMC" for over 60+ days. Can I please get an update on this package?

Hi Berri,

You need to contact Hong Kong Post to ask if this kind of package could be tracked after it's sent. It may be not registered, so there is no update for it after July 6.
