package stuck in processed through facility over a month + import terminated

my package ( RR012712326CN ) arrived at GUANGZHOU china sep 19 and has been saying processed through facility since the 23rd, is my package lost or is it just stuck? it also says in chinese (google translate) that the import was terminated , what does this mean ?

It didn't pass the customs check on October 22. You'd better wait for more days to see if it could pass again. If no, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.
