Package stuck in Shanghai?

Hi, my package of reference number RY271972676GB was meant to reach Italy, after having been posted from the UK. An error however meant that it was sent to China, where it has been for the past few weeks. It's since the 3rd of December I don't get any updates anymore. Has it left China, or is it lost?

Hi the_doctor46,

It has left China. There should be another tracking number to track it. RY271972676GB only works from UK to China.

Hi Daisy, thank you for your reply. Is there a way to find this new tracking number? I have been supplied, or can't find anything on the tracking website.

My package LZ786015936CN has been stuck as “ Shanghai, Arrival at Shanghai International Mail Exchange (via)” since April 13 after being bounced between several regional sorting centres back to back. My package has been stuck since the 19th of March in SHANGHAI. I want to know who can I contact for shipment updates? Putting in mind that I have contacted my local office post and they told me it's still in SHANGHAI.

this is the tracking number LY550370245CN. My package has been stuck in the Shanghai Exchange Station since the 21st of November and was expected to be delivered by December 10th. I haven't gotten anything yet. Something else I bought the same day same already so I am confused as to why it is stuck.
