So my packahe has been stuck in transit here for 20 days now. Is it still moving? I'm worried about recieving it in time. This is the last update as of February 28th

Hey my package has been in Hangzhou ems CN, since November 6 and I wanted to know will I receive it soon or did it got lost because it’s been a while since the tracking number hasn’t changed.

My package has been sat in transit for 20 days now, nothing has updated so I’ll assume it’s lost, if what I bought wasn’t worth over £100 I wouldn’t be so bothered but as it is I’m really disappointed with the service. I understand COVID is bad out there at the moment but I’d like updated at least, we all would. One of my tracking numbers is;
