Package sent in November 2025, tracking #EH029859365NL. Seems like a customs problem. Is there something we can do to get the package moving?

It's not normal. The receiver in China doesn't pay for the tax and it's returned back. But it's stuck at the customs due to not meeting customs requirements. You'd better contact the receiver in China to cooperate with you.
