Package via Amazon delivered over 100 miles away from me!

The package was delivered to the wrong address, and nobody at Amazon seems able to help. I live at 44 Fairmeadow Place, Whitby, Ontario L1N 8W5.
I do not live in Kitchener, Ontario where package was delivered incorrectly.
What can be done about this?

This is an order placed through Amazon. It says delivered, but never got there.
Amazon claims that since the delivery address is a freight forwarder they don't have any responsability, but my argument is that that would apply if it was delivered, but it was never delivered. Can you provide a proof of delivery for the package?

I live in Norwalk CT and I ordered something, it was "delivered" but the package was delivered to ALABAMA??? I don't get it.

(I thought it meant that successfully delivered the package to USPS but i checked Amazon (I bought it from Amazon) and it says delivered too.)
