Package was sent to wrong country

Tracking number CH121634196US the post office in South Carolina made a mistake and put the wrong country on slip it's to go to Ghana not China could you please forward it in to Ghana it has an address label on it with address to who it is to go to my last update was on Jan 18 thank you

Hi, I would like to ask you to ckeck if the package is sent to wrong country. One similar item has arrived, but this package seems to be lost or may be sent to wrong place. Or those packages are sent with train to the north Europe ?
