Packages not received and tracking difficulties

I apologize for the inconvenience, but I need to know how to track two packages with the following tracking numbers:
ZA06324159001
and
ZA06433441201.
I have not received the packages, and I have no way of knowing whether they are in customs or to whom they were delivered.
Regarding the first one in particular, your tracking system shows a date of June 7th, and today is the 25th of the month.
Could you please assist me?
