Due to a data entry error at the post office in Shanghai, the destination country of the following parcels was entered as Australia instead of Austria (Europe).
The physical parcel labels and posting receipts clearly show AUSTRIA as the destination.

The affected tracking numbers are:

CP454016340CN
CP437491502CN

All parcels have been misrouted and have already arrived in Australia.

Please advise how the destination country in your system can be corrected to AUSTRIA (AT) and how the parcels will be redirected as misdirected mail to the correct destination.

Is there any possibility that my parcel could be sent to Australia, not as it is incorrectly written Austria?
