parcel apparently arrived to Aust Post but never delivered

I parcel was sent from china to australia with tracking number AS734448976CN, after tracking it is says delivered but nothing has arrived to my address and after contacting australia post they reckon they dont have any information about it even tho it says received by australia post. Any advice?, cos so far I think asutralia post is way too dodgy and has keept it....

According to the tracking information, AS734448976CN was delivered on November 3. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
