Parcel at exchange bureau in Guangzhou

Why is my parcel still at Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou since Dec 15, 2016 15 with a status of "[Guangzhou Exchange Board] has opened"
My tracking No:04308431591
Please help me

Hi Jovana,

For parcel with tracking number only consisting of 11 numbers, it belongs to China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. This kind of packet couldn't be tracked when it leaves China. You couldn't get further information after seeing "[Guangzhou Exchange Board] has opened".

Also, you should have preparation to wait for two months to receive your parcel as it's a cheap ans slow service.
