Parcel Circling between 开封市 郑州市 for many times

Hello ,
I'm waiting for a parcel sent from Aliexpress since early June, however the status shows its been circling between 开封市寄递事业部国际小包揽投部 and 河南省邮件处理中心 for many times and it's quite confusing, please help to take a look PR093086783YP, hope the parcel isn't stuck in China and can't board the plane to Japan (?) Thanks!!

It still hasn't pass, don't understand why because they are only glass vases, could you help me to look up once more and suggest what could be done next?

Glass vases belongs to those product that are easy to be broken. It may couldn't pass the check. You'd better continue to track to see. Contact the seller to give you a solution if it's returned back.

It's returned back for two times as couldn't pass the customs' check. It will be checked again in the following days. You need to track it to see if it's normal.
