Track number am107472245cn , parcel not delivered but tracking says delivered with sing. I want to know what happened? Can you send me local delivery service name and tp number in UK.

AM104120602CN the tracking number showing the parcel was delivered on 22.11. But i did not receive anz parcel. My neighbours also did not receive any parcel. Where is my products??
