The Parcel number CC 8597 0969 2FR has been sent from France and apparently not delivered yet, it seems that it is back at this post office 1238 of Blaise road, Xuhui district, Shanghai.
I would be grateful if you could please send it again to the destination in China.

Sorry, we couldn't fina any tracking information for it. You can let the recipient in China contact China Post directly (call 11183) to check it.

Hello Daisy,
The recipient have called the number you provide 11183 and the only thing they are telling him is that the sender have to pick it up, which is not possible because he is in France.
I would be grateful if you could please send the parcel back to France or to the recipient in China.
