Parcel has not been delivered abd there is no information

Dear Sir or Madam.
The delevery process of my parcel LT514856454CN was in proress (despite the fact that it was started on 2019.04.05 and on 2019.04.23 the parcel was still in China), but today i could see 'No tracking information found'.
What is the real status of the parcel? It is very pity to deal with such service.
