My parcel, #CP371318926CN, hasn’t updated since August 10. It says the inbound flight arrived according to the Shopify app, but it hasn’t changed in 17 days. It has not updated on the China Post tracking site either.

Tracking number: AT356551078CN Parcel hasn’t updated for 13 days, seller says this is normal transportation from china to uk. The parcel isn’t progressing to the intended destination. Is this normal? Can I expect to receive this parcel or it is presumably lost?
It's stuck in your country. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.
