Parcel held at office of exchange, how long will it be there?

Hi

My parcel has been showing held at the Wuhan office of exchange for over a week now. Tracking number LV296554976CN. It’s showing no signs of moving and the seller isn’t helping. How long is it likely to be held?

Hi Lou,

You need to let the seller help you contacting China Post directly to check what happends to it. If the seller doesn't cooperate and you couldn't receive it in time, you need contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi I’m waiting on a parcel tracking number LM313070799CN and there has been no updates since 27th of November and it still says item held at Outward Office of Exchange, Can someone please tell me what this means as no one seems to know and seller just keeps telling me it’s rush season which I appreciate but I would of expected an update by now, can anyone please help.
