Hi,
Would like to enquire regarding my parcel send from singapore to Guangzhou RC775558327SG.
It has been held by custom for more than a month now :( may i ask for your help to expedite it or how what i need to do for clearance ?

Hi xianjiao,

You'd better contact the receiver to ask if he has received a notice about how to get it. He should get a paper or message about this from smartphone.

RC726205875SG has been held by custom for about 3 weeks. It was sent from Singapore via Singpost about a month ago and am wondering what is causing the delay in the status.
