I have been advised that a parcel should have been sent to me around the 20th March the tracking ID is ZP01124363501, can you please varify if this is on its way to me please/

It may be delayed. You'd better wait for tem more days to see. If you still still couldn't receive it, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

It not maybe delayed, it is delayed and I'm asking why as hasnt progressed in the last two weeks I'm asking for confirmation that there is a parcel with my name and address on it and its on its way to me, I have been asking the seller but they are saying its with you so no one really answering my question, I am a logistics manager and I know how long it takes to ship goods all around the world and you tracking I.D should give you the information I'm asking for to confirm that it does exist. thank you.
