Hello, I have a question, I sent one parcel from Germany DHL to Foshan City-China on May 6, 2020. The recipient informed me that he had not yet received the package and today is the Juni 26,2020.
Unfortunately there is no tracking for small parcels to China.
Can you try to find the package?

I wonder if you can give me some advice. I am from the UK. I ordered a poster from eBay from a seller in China.

The Item tracking number is - LX082000194CN.

If you look at the tracking information below, the poster was delivered to the air transport on Wednesday 1st April 2020, and has not arrived to the UK since then. It's been three weeks. I know there have been delays due to the coronavirus situation, and lots of flights have been cancelled.

Do you have any idea, of when my item will arrive at the UK? And when I will receive it? Will I receive it at all?

Hallo, could you please tell me what is happening with my parcel. It has arrived on 16.7.2017 and the last status has been "Sat, Jun 17, 2017 15:53

What does it mean? Is it still at bureau or? Because the destination address is Foshan (GUANGDONG which is just 30km far away.
