Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Carlos Cochon Kalyoncuoglu, I ordered a parcel last month - order number: 15049745 | tracking number: AT374437794CN . However, when checking the tracking details, it shows that the delivery to my address failed and the parcel is awaiting pick up at a nearby pick up point. I have searched everywhere for the location of the pick up point, but it does not specify. Could you please get back to me with the address as soon as possible?
