Parcel LZ714960687CN from China to the UK missing for over a month

Hello,
Could you please kindly advise me on the status of my parcel number: LZ714960687CN. The seller confirmed that the parcel was shipped to the UK on 6 March 2021 by China Air Post. I have attempted several times to track my parcel however there is no record of it. Thank you in advance for your help. Klaudia

You'd better contact the seller to confirm if the tracking number is right. If it's a right tracking number and the seller has shipped it, there should be tracking information. You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
