Parcel Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Hello,
I am writing to enquire about my delivery status with tracking number EF046608923GB. The tracking information indicates that the parcel was delivered on 12th April 2025, but I have not received it.
Could you please investigate this matter and provide an update as soon as possible? I would also appreciate details on who signed for the parcel (if applicable) or where it was left.

I ordered an item in early Jnauary. The tracking number was ZA04461944101. It's marked as delivered since Tuesday 3rd February. However, no parcel was received and my neighbours don't have it either.
