Parcel not delivered

My tracking number ZA02642427601 informed me that my parcel was sent by China Post and that it was delivered on the 26th of October ! Yes, I haven’t received it? I have asked all of the neighbours and nobody has received it.? please can you tell me who the local Postal Service was so that I can get in touch with them! Please can you also confirm that they delivered it to 25 Cadewell Park Road Torquay Devon TQ2 7JU. As well as whether the package was signed for and if so, who signed for it?. as I have no way of contacting the person who I purchased the items from as they have recently gone out of Business.

It was delivered on October 26. If you don't get it, try to contact the seller to check it for you. If he doesn't reply, it may be a scam. We have found many sellers use china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud to get refund asap.
