Parcel not delivered

Good morning, I have not received my parcel that says was delivered to Chinchilla QLD Australia on Friday 05/06/2026, both myself & my housemate was home that day. I have been to Australia Post to check there . Can you please advise as to which freight company has received your parcel to deliver to me, can you please follow up from your end to find where it has gone, I am assuming it may be at a depot somewhere not delivered, this is quite valuable money wise I need to get it . We are only a third-party global logistics information aggregation platform and could only provide you with the tracking information. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I received a message from 718 saying my parcel was delivered but it was not as I was home all day and my cameras show nothing please check you deliveries and contact me with details where my parcel went this is the second time in two months as this parcel was a replacement from the first one that was not delivered as well China post # ZA00280437101
